Do I have to start with positioning, or can I go straight to content?

You can start with either, though the two are connected. Content produced without clear positioning tends to be inconsistent and forgettable, because there is no defined message underneath it to reinforce.

For that reason we recommend establishing positioning first, but we regularly take on content-only engagements. In those cases we begin with a short positioning pass during onboarding, so the work is always built on a clear foundation.

Do you only work with B2B companies?

Yes. B2B is our specialization, and it is where our expertise lies. Selling to businesses is a genuinely different discipline from consumer marketing — longer buying cycles, multiple decision-makers, and a higher bar for credibility. It calls for messaging that earns trust and holds up to scrutiny.

How much does each service cost?

Pricing is scoped to each engagement rather than fixed, because the right approach depends on your stage, your goals, and the complexity of your market. A positioning project for an early-stage company looks different from one for an established business repositioning itself, and the cost reflects that.

We’ve worked with agencies before and it didn’t stick. Why is this different?

In most cases, the reason it didn’t work was because it was execution only without a foundation. Agencies are often hired to produce content or manage channels without first establishing what the company stands for or how it is different, so the output is competent but generic, and it fades as soon as the engagement ends.
